Everything you need to know about delivery, dispatch times, tracking, refunds and returns.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked.
Free UK delivery is automatically applied at checkout on orders over £70.
Most orders received before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day and dispatched the same or next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged, incorrect or missing.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If a return is needed because the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or due to an error on our side, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Incorrect or missing items will be replaced free of charge where possible.
No-Fault Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
A partial refund may apply if returned items show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original condition.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an acknowledgement email and confirm when your refund will be processed.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or there has been an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Where applicable, original standard delivery costs will be refunded in line with your statutory rights. Upgraded or premium delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have made an error with your order.
